This year, California Dollars for Scholars® is hosting two opportunities to walk for education. Dollars for Scholars chapters and Collegiate Partners will keep 100 percent of what they raise through donations for their scholarship programs. Make sure to look at the Walker Tool Kit for valuable information on raising money and walking for your chapter/region.

Pre-registration is not required to participate in the California Dollars for Scholars 5K Walks for Education. You can register on-site at either of the two locations.

Driving Directions: The walk will be in the parking lot near the Home Depot Center soccer stadium facing Victoria Street between Avalon and Central on the Cal State Dominguez Hills campus. The school's address is 1000 East Victoria Street in Carson.
Time: Registration opens at 9 a.m., walk starts at 10 a.m.
Make sure to visit the Registration table at the walk site to turn in your money and get your official walk t-shirt (for those turning in $25 or more). Be sure to print out the collection envelope information to turn this in at registration on walk day.

Driving Directions: From the I-5, exit La Jolla Village Drive and go west. Turn right on Villa La Jolla Drive. Turn left on Gilman Drive. Turn left into Parking Lot 602 (look for directional signs). the registration and walk start area will be on the School of Medicine Lawn.
